Rio Strada Racing has monthly team rides on the last Sunday of every month at 9am. The ride locations are announced to the team a couple of weeks before the training event. We discuss team tactics for upcoming races, compete in intersquad races, and further develop cycling skills in road and cyclocross.

| Folsom Team Ride, June 24, 2007 |

Folsom - Best of Times. The Team tackled the famous Coffee Republic Ride. Jeff attacked first and the team responded by quickly reeling him in. We learned later that Jeff wanted to ride ahead to take a photo of the team. The real attacks were launched on Ridge Rd with riders pushing the limits.

| South River Ride, April 29, 2007 |

Sacramento - Always pushing the envelop of challenging fun, Rio Strada Racing attacked the South River Ride. An early flat tire didn't crush the team spirits. Instead, we practiced numerous paceline attacks, which made everyone aware of our playful motto: "We eat our own".

| Davis Loop, March 25, 2007 |

Davis - For the first team ride of the year, Rio Strada Racing rolled into the City of Davis. The weather conditions were fantastic for training, that is, we had clear skies, temperatures in the 70s, and an endless supply of front and cross winds. The team practiced numerous intermediate sprints and team time-trial formations.
